Great service, communication, competitive and reasonable prices.
They took their time to present the products that they offer (TRAIN) and gave multiple additional upgrades with prices. No gimmicks strait forward.
Mike was great explaining everything, Lara with scheduling and keeping up to date with the progress and Roman as a installer together with Mike very hard working individuals attention to details nice and clean work.
Highly recommend this company and thank you again Mr. Heating & Cooling for a great work.

Recently Mr. Heating and Cooling install a new furnace, and I could not be happier with the results. The technician was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and truly did a job well done. What I appreciated most was how everything was explained in detail by Michael/sales rep. as well as the office followed up promptly to answer my questions. I never felt left in the dark about the installation or the costs. If you are looking for honest and reliable service, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Heating and Cooling! After my new Trane system was installed by another HVAC company, I started having trouble and called them back out. They told me I needed a new motor and even with the warranty, they quoted me approximately $700 for the installation. That seemed unreasonably high to me so I started calling other local Trane dealers for estimates.

I’m so glad I did. I was fortunate enough to speak with Lara at Mr. Heating and Cooling. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me schedule an appointment. Mike came out today—he even brought a new motor in case it was needed—but said he wanted to inspect the unit first before replacing anything.
Within five minutes, my furnace was running again—it just needed a simple adjustment. I was shocked another company tried to upsell me, but so grateful for the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Mike and the Mr. Heating and Cooling team. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that truly values their customers and does what’s right instead of what’s profitable, look no further than Mr. Heating and Cooling. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business! Thank you Lara and Mike!

Great job! Michał and Roman were punctual, professional, and careful. They were very efficient with the time. It was also very easy to communicate with Lara, the coordinator of the project. She was always available to answer questions and made an excellent recommendation despite only having a few pictures of the old heater and AC unit. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Mr. Heating and Cooling Inc. from LZ.
Mr.Heating and Cooling has saved my life.
Yesterday my heater went down, and I knew at that point that I needed a new system.
I called Mr.Heating and Cooling right away.
During the call I was presented 3 options to choose from, and was given time to make a decision. The price that I was offered was very fair and reasonable, and most importantly they offered the new furnace installation the next day.
The crew arrived on time and addressed my issue. The service that I received and communication during the process was unbelievably good.
I was informed step by step on what was happening, and when the job will be done.
I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I live in Fox Lake and my furnace was no longer heating I was in need of a new furnace. I worked with Laura who was very knowledgeable and responsive.

I was happy to be given options instead of one set quote.

I had a Goodman but made the decision to go with a Trane. My grandma got hers last year from Mr. Heating and Cooling and was very happy with it.

Our family has had a great experience with Mr. Heating and Cooling Inc. over the years.

Happy with my new furnace.
Very thankful that they could accommodate everything I needed done and the timing of installation the week of Thanksgiving.
